1.Improve Your Sleep Hygiene

2.Limit Your Distractions

Sometimes cell phones and laptops can interfere with your ability to be in the moment. Also, limit distractions with the television and anything that takes you away from what’s immediate and in the now.

3.Practice Yoga

Practicing a short yoga routine daily can help you learn to focus because there are breathing exercises you can do that help you get into and stay in the now. 4.Preparation is Key

7.Spend Time in Nature

Being in Nature produces feelings of being calm and happy and as a result, helps you to focus better on the tasks at hand. Taking a brisk walk can help improve your blood pressure and increase your dopamine levels which play a critical role in helping you to focus.
