Our Quality Standards
Every Havasu Nutrition product is manufactured in facilities that follow Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and undergoes extensive quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Understanding Proposition 65
Some Havasu Nutrition products include a California Proposition 65 (Prop 65) warning.
We understand that seeing this warning may raise questions, and we believe transparency is the best way to answer them.
California's Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65) requires businesses to provide warnings when products may expose consumers to certain chemicals above very conservative thresholds established by the State of California. The law covers more than 900 naturally occurring and synthetic substances. These warning thresholds are often significantly lower than safety standards established by federal and international regulatory agencies.
Importantly, a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean that a product is unsafe or that it violates any federal safety regulations.
Why Can Lead Be Found in Supplements?
Lead is a naturally occurring element found throughout the environment. It exists naturally in soil, water, and air, where plants absorb minerals and nutrients as they grow.
Because many dietary supplements contain ingredients that originate from plants and other naturally sourced materials, trace amounts of naturally occurring lead may sometimes be present despite careful sourcing and manufacturing practices. This is an industry-wide challenge—not one unique to Havasu Nutrition.
Our suppliers and manufacturing partners work to minimize these naturally occurring contaminants through responsible sourcing and quality controls.
Why Do We Include the Warning?
Rather than avoid selling products in California, we choose to provide the required Proposition 65 warning whenever appropriate.
We believe customers deserve transparency, and we support providing information that allows consumers to make informed purchasing decisions.
Including a Proposition 65 warning reflects compliance with California labeling requirements—it should not be interpreted as an indication that a product is unsafe when used as directed.
