Finding alternatives for bread is a real struggle when trying to live a low-carb lifestyle or managing diabetes.
But when the craving strikes, we got your back with this easy to follow and absolutely delicious cloud bread. Unlike the same old boring cloud bread recipes floating around, we kicked this recipe up a notch and added our own Collagen Peptides+Probioticsto the mix.
This recipe is perfect for sandwiches or eating with soups while you are trying to avoid carbs.
It’s made with a few simple ingredients, and you can easily add seasonings such as garlic powder or onion salt to change it up a bit.
Why add collagen to cloud bread? As we age, our collagen production declines. Collagen is the protein behind glowing skin and healthy hair. It also promotes better joint function and improves gut health. Adding collagen to your diet may help you feel fuller longer too.

Then fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
Scoop out mixture on to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
