I do get a since ofan energy boost on the days that I take them. Cannot be sureof any raised testosterone levels, I will have to measure that witha doctors test. "Admittedly, it takes time for health supplements to actually help you. It is a slow process, usually, and often goes unnoticed until you stop taking them and get ill or feel the way you felt before taking these. This applies here, too. That said, I have noticed improved stamina and strength, as well as quicker recovery after exerting myself.
