Unfortunately those are the ONLY positive things in my opinion. I felt nothing positive after taking this product for 2 weeks. The one thing I need notice was that I was not sleeping through the night and I was have negative dreams, not nightmares, but dreams of negative things happening. . . . very odd. And losing sleep is never a good thing. I would not reccomend this product, it does nothing to relieve stress or improve sleep."
